I ordered a caramel coolatta and I received mocha then the nice gentlemen at the drive thru asked inside for a new one, the "shift manager" asked him to come back outside and ask for the mocha back so I give it back since I DID NOT ORDER MOVHA COOLATTA!!! She had the nerve to put caramel inside the mocha an give it back. I DID NOT RECIEVE MY MONEY BACK, NOR DID I GET MY CARAMEL COOLATTA. I shall be calling corporate Monday morning.
