  This is the location closest to my house, and it is by far the worst one there is. Every single time I go there they have new ppl who don't know what the hell they are doing. They can also never get my order right. About 85% of the time I leave there and my order is wrong. If your going to hire new ppl actually take the time to train them correctly, that way you don't keep making the company in itself look so bad. I have to drive far out of my way to go to a different location that actually knows how to run the place correctly and get ppl the stuff they actually order and it's all made right.

  Not the highest quality of service at this location, and it's nearly impossible to access if you're driving east on University.
  
  Best redeeming qualities are that the lines are generally shorter, and they have $0.99 any size Iced Tea.
