  They used to be great until they renovated and stopped caring about what they serve! Would give zero stars if I could. Coldest ham egg and cheese bagel I've ever had, like the ham and cheese came right out of the fridge and were just slapped on! Not the first time either

  I absolutely adore this place! The employees are all so nice, it's always so clean, wide menu with great prices, and the food and coffee is AMAZING. I drive here from Ellenton all the time. I would do it multiple times a day every day if I could.

  Not as good as it used to be, and it never was very good.
  
  You can now get the worst bagel in town and the weakest cup of coffee at the same place!
  
  I've come here several times over the years, and I've always been disappointed.
  
  Their bagels are not boiled before baking, so they don't have the same texture as an actual bagel.
  
  Caribou coffee is usually very good, but the cup I had this morning was so week as to be undrinkable.
  
  If you want a decent bagel, head a mile south on 41 and go to Lox N Egg.

  What happened to this place? Used to have an office upstairs and went all the time. The people who worked here were amazing!! Today's staff seemed to be hating life, everything was dirty, and the coffee was like water. Bagels were still good though.

  The bagels are so fresh. We love on Mondays this location offers a Baker's dozen (13 bagels) for $7. They will slice the bagels for you. There is always a great selection. They give you bags for easy storage. They last over a week.
